Our team was proud to pioneer countdown timers for club rewards in 2014, which were seamlessly integrated every time customers visited the store. By leveraging IoT devices and POS data, we developed a solution that used a mobile services API to automatically display rewards progress without any input needed from the customer. This innovation allowed us to introduce real-time rewards monitoring in convenience retail, setting a new standard for transparency and customer engagement. Through collaboration and forward-thinking, we achieved something truly impactful, and we continue to reflect on how this advancement shaped better experiences for both businesses and their customers.
