Magnetic Mobile played a pivotal role in supporting Speedway through several mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of Hess Retail Holdings and WilcoHess’ 1,256 stores in 2014. Our work involved seamlessly sunsetting the Hess mobile app and transitioning its users to Speedway’s Speedy Rewards app and website. We also developed API services to ensure smooth data migration, integration, and synchronization between the acquired and existing store locations. This effort supported Speedway’s expansion across 16 states and included managing new regulatory updates for Speedway’s mobile app and website.
