Project Manager

We're on the hunt for a strong, self-motivated candidate join our Project Management team at Magnetic Mobile, Dayton's best enterprise mobile solution provider. As a member of our growing team in the Dayton-Cincinnati Metro area, the Project Manager will own the definition, execution and delivery of customer facing solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years years of required professional experience and proven business development, communication, collaboration, and analytical capabilities.

In an average week you can expect to:

  • Work alongside the channel lead to deliver client objectives
  • Improve, refine and enhance the processes that manage client deliverables
  • Meet with clients to discuss progress, timelines, budgets, and receive approval
  • Facilitate a daily standup to manage progress, goals and roadblocks the team is facing
  • Lead sprint planning and define the project plans and schedules
  • Lead sprint reviews to showcase deliverables and align progress with clients
  • Translate communication into objectives and requirements for the team
  • Align the creative and development teams to ensure alignment with creative direction
  • Provide analytics to client monitoring and tracking measures of success
  • Responsible for team's on-time delivery of successful projects
  • Work with client to establish deadlines
  • Perform work that affects business operations to a substantial degree
  • Plans software launches and monitor product ratings

  • Experience leading Agile development processes

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of mobile apps and loyalty frameworks
  • Agile or Scrum, PMP Certification(s)
  • Ability to identify industry trends and anticipate what's coming next

Job Specififcations:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required
  • 2+ years previous professional experience as a Project Manager is required
  • Limited travel may be required for this position
  • This position is in an open (without cubicles) office facility in Dayton, OH
